Chemical Engineer (Somerset,NJ)

Design and develop the structures and chemical properties of fuel cell related raw materials and products. Formulate & analyze ink/paste for lab research and mass production of Gas Diffusion Electrodes (GDE). Apply and develop new testing techniques to control the quality of current fuel cell products and production processes. Develop improved coating processes for high throughput and high quality production. Perform high throughput experimentation with innovative electrode formulations and improved catalyst utilization.

Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science or related field, and 1 year related experience required.

Coating Engineer (Somerset, NJ)

Responsible for the delivery and physical quality of products covering gas diffusion layers, gas diffusion electrodes, membrane electrode assemblies and custom products. Responsible for the inventory of raw materials, manpower and organizational logistics, supply base, equipment operation, and management of the production process through customer delivery. Perform research and development work on new fuel cell electrodes, applications and/or manufacturing procedures. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of experience required. 40 hpw.
